Ordering: Orders may be sent to us via our online ordering system, fax or standard mail.

Payment Options:

Credit Cards - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, American Express and JCB credit cards. Your credit card is not charged until your order leaves our warehouse. All credit cards are verified for your safety, and we do not assess surcharges for credit card orders.

Net-30 Terms Account - Schools, hospitals, and government agencies can mail or fax an authorized purchase order for immediate NET 30-day payment terms acceptance. Open account status is granted to other firms upon credit approval. Call us at 315-433-1200 to request a credit application.

Pre-Paid Account - Continental US and Canadian customers can prepay their order with a money order, personal check or company check denominated in US dollars. You can calculate shipping charges using our online ordering system for shipments up to 150 pounds. A2Z Cables reserves the right to amend shipping charges depending on size and weight limitations. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: This means that a customer may return any item(s) purchased from A2Z Cables Incoporated within 30 days after the date of sale and receive a refund for the price of the returned item(s) minus a 15% restocking fee. Any returned item(s) must be clean, undamaged and in resalable condition as determined by A2Z Cables Incoporated. Please note that custom made cables are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Lifetime Warranty: A2Z Cables Incorporated provides a lifetime warranty against defects and labor on all of our cables. However, damage resulting from handling, installation or misuse of a cable is not covered by this warranty. A2Z Cables Incorporated reserves the right to replace or repair any cables covered by this warranty.

Shipping: Shipping methods include UPS (on our UPS account or customer UPS accounts), Fedex (on customer Fedex account) or US Mail. Walk-in customers may also buy online and select "Walk-in Pick-up" as a shipment option. Any shipping discrepancies must be reported to A2Z Cables within 5 days after receiving your package(s).

Drop Shipments: We can drop ship directly to your customer if you have an open account, or prepay by credit card, money order or check. Drop shipments are shipped "blind" (without our name, address or phone number), and are not added to our mailing list. Be sure to "EMPHASIZE" that you are requesting a drop shipment in the notes field of your online order, fax or mail so that our shipping department will process your shipment accordingly.

Sales Tax (Within NY State Only): We are required to charge NY state sales tax on any order shipped within NY state. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form via fax to 315-433-1223.
